Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic AVIREX tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
